The Location
Huskisson, beside Jervis Bay, NSW South Coast.
That’s a drive of around 2.5 hours from Sydney or Canberra.
Peter and Jan Cotter have proudly run Huskisson Pictures for almost 20 years.
The cinema building is a hall built in the early 20th century, with a history of showing films that stretches back 80 years, first with the travelling picture shows.
Major renovations in the 1990s transformed it into a modern cinema with vintage charm.
